Vihan watched as her sun-burnt skin reflected the silver sheen of the bright moon. Her eyes were alight as they took in the sight before her. The city was never asleep, even when it was midnight. The bright lights of buildings, the lamp-posts of the streets and the stars on the dark canvas, stretching to infinity above them. These lights shone their brightest at night.

Vihan thought Mani was just like them. She was bright in the daylight, bantering with her sister & having fun with her friends. But she glowed the best at night, when she came up to the terrace to spare a few moments of her life with him, gazing at the skyline.

His eyes turned forward, as his heart raced. He wondered if it was because of stunning scene before him or the girl next to him.
